Hey guys,
I would prefer to privately remind someone, rather than publicly. They
might feel humiliated or defensive otherwise. However, if we have a group
of people who commonly post on topic posts to the GA instead of a specified
list; I think we should impose the monitoring rule over them and correct
the send locations for them manually. Yes this will create some suffering;
but it makes a strong point and should correct most of the erroneous posts
that are relevant.
So the first warning would be a private warning to the poster; a second
offense may equal a warning or warrant a monitoring, after monitoring; then
suspension.
