[ga-abuse] Re: [ga-rules] Incorporating Sublists Into [ga-full]

No Patrick that would be improper in that being in compliance with the rules
should not require a vote or consensus.  Please refer to;
http://www.dnso.org/dnso/notes/2000.GA-ga-rules.html
Specifically; **ACCESS TO UNFILTERED LIST
-------------------------
There exists an open list that can be subscribed to: ga-full@dnso.org.
This will get *all* mail sent to ga@dnso.org, no restrictions (except for
possibly technical restrictions like message size or size of header).
It will be archived by the DNSO.
Public access to the archive will be granted as much as possible; there may be
legal reasons (e.g. rules against republication of slander) that require closing

some parts of the archive.

The existence of this list will make it possible to have independent
verification
of what the filtering function does.*****

Whether you did it by blunder or intention you specifically violated this rule
in establishing the sub-lists. Auerbach, Rony, Sondow and several others quit
this list because of censoring and now you are doing it with regaled aplomb by
use of the sub lists and by any count are killing the GA.

You might want to read all these rules as there is no provision for suspension
for over posting but only upon a determination of lack of respect for posting
limits, none of the four suspended has shown this, in fact quite the opposite.

Sincerely,
Eric

Please consider this a formal application for reconsideration to the Monitors as
they we clearly laboring under a false impression as to what the rules required
regarding over posting. There is only a mandate to respect and in my particular
case that was evidenced in the decision against me itself.
