[ga-abuse] Notice on Footer of Mailing List
Hi Roberto
Thank you for your help. In Australia we have stricter copyright rules than
elsewhere. The Australian [DNS] list carries the following notice at the
footer:
> This article is not to be reproduced or quoted beyond this forum without
> express permission of the author. 370 subscribers.
> Archived at http://listmaster.iinet.net.au/list/dns (user: dns, pass: dns)
> Email "unsubscribe" to dns-request@auda.org.au to be removed.
Our list says something like:
> This message was passed to you via the ga-full@dnso.org list.
> Send mail to majordomo@dnso.org to unsubscribe
> ("unsubscribe ga-full" in the body of the message).
> Archives at http://www.dnso.org/archives.html
Both footers show the archives and how to unsubscribe. The [DNS] list has a
copyright notice which provides some form of protection to the author.
I also like the ability to see at a glance the number of subscribers.
Would you think that these sort of changes would need list approval?
Best regards
Patrick
