Roger,
ICANN has replied to Danny as follows:
"Danny -- we would not be funding any speaker's expenses other than
plenary speakers at the overall meeting. If you have any additional
suggestions for speakers beyond those you have already passed on to
me, please let me know and I will pass them on to the program
committee.
Stuart"
I would propose that Danny do as Stuart suggests, rather than have
the DNSO become involved in this. I am sure money not spent on this
will come in handy for our regular activities.
