Comment: "Same violation as before" seems to indicate
that William Walsh is complaining about the previous
alleged violation: another personal attack. If someone
just sends us the URL, we should reach the same action
as we do when we receive a lengthy, heated explanation.
Action: This complaint is already dealt with, see above:
(Strong) warning.
