[ga-abuse] M1 Against Eric Dierker & William Walsh

Only one of the group of recent complaints from William Walsh contained a 
message posted to our monitored lists.  We also received a complaint about 
this post from one other member of the GA.  It is included below.

After reading the thread of messages on this topic I discovered both Mr. 
Dierker and Mr. Walsh engaged in a series of personal attacks.  Also, I'm 
sure Alexander can in fact judge these complaints as he was not mentioned, 
nor did he participate.

Complainant Comment:  I wish to register a complaint about the attached 
message.  Phrases like "criminally a misrepresentation at least", "you 
blather on", "tantamount to complicity" etc cannot be construed as anything 
other than personal attack.

hostile.  Both engaged in personal attacks and some of the messages lack 
relevance to the business of the GA.

Complainant Comment:  This is why moderators should be free to act 
independently.  How long as you going to subject the list to this kind of 
abuse before acting? The rules NEVER indicated that moderators had to act 
by committee, this is something you guys created.  All it takes is for you
moderators to start acting on your own.  Same violation as before, he is 
asking to be removed, give him what he wants.

Injury:  Personal Attack; however, that is not what WXW is complaining 
about.  His complaint is about the LMCs process.  This is a discussion for 
the ga-rules list.  Also Mr. Walsh's response to Eric's message should be 
noted:  "Get some Facts, Eric. You obviously have no knowledge how the 
systems in question work, when you do, come back and we'll discuss it 
intelligently."
