In this case, the answer is easy: We have still have one
list monitor who is not involved and has no conflict of
interest. She can decide the issue (the four complaints
against Eric Dierker by William X. Walsh and the one
complaint by Kent Crispin) alone, just as Harald has
decided on his own.
