Danny asked for my resignation as List Monitor so I haven't taken any cases.

Yes, it is normally.  In this case I was acting as Chair in an appeal.
It never occurred to me that it would be appropriate to ask for input.

Do you not agree that we should have accepted Eric's apology?
It would really look very churlish if we didn't.

I'm sorry that you both don't agree.
