0)  Yikes!

1)  I recommend you use the "please pass the salt and pepper" 
approach.  This means it will take longer for you to write your messages; 
but considering how poorly you are communicating right now, I think this 
would be an improvement. AND NO SARCASM:  it is simply too difficult to 
understand and feel good about.

2)  Please set up a weekly real time chat or video conference with each other.

3)  Keep your communications private until you have made a joint decision 
you share and support each other with.
