[ga-abuse] M2 for complaints against Patrick Corliss

Dear all,

I have begun processing the first complaints as M2
to Harald's M1 judgements, starting with Patrick
Corliss: Cases 9, 13, 14, 17 and 30b (there were
two cases 30 in the list.)
Note that my reasons for case 17 differ, but my
judgement doesn't.
