The link you gave took me to http://www.widgital.net/index1.htm with a
little devil and a grey page.  If that's what you expect it works for me.

I wouldn't think about testing your security.  In any case I do not see our
suspension information as secure just sensitive.  AFAIK the announcements
were made public.

To me, it's just a privacy issue.
