Dear Maca and Dany:

Hello, this is Abhisak Chulya from Secretariat of ccTLD Constituency.  I am
all for it concerning the possibility of working together and co-ordinating
LA meetings.  Meeting on Monday 13th may not work out for us because we set
ccTLD Constituency meeting on 12th and 13th whole day.  Would it be possible
to meet some other time?  During ccTLD meeting on 12th and 13th, we will
reserve a break-out room that can accommodate about 25 people.  I think we
can use that room but we have to wait until the final ccTLD schedule comes
out.  My idea is to use that room on 13th after dinner, around 8:00 PM, just
suggestion.

As there will be constituency meeting that day, I suggest we meet from
early morning (including or not the breakfast) till 10:00 am.
If we need a dedicated room for that meeting, we should notify Paul Kane
ASAP for reservation.
