Dear All,

I am also attending the DNSO-NC dinner on 13th night and would
suggest another date.
My past experience is that everything is overloaded on Constituencies
meeting day (13th in LA), collapsing schedules on DNSO GA-NC + GAC day
(especially when it is 14th of July Bastille Day in Yokohama :-)
but became slightly better subsequent days. Or earlier.
