Great catch! Did I get the rest of the players? I didn't list specific
governmental contributors, because that gets difficult if one omits
a particular group, and we have had contributions such as the FTC contribution
which is more about accuracy... etc.

Concerning your "issue 7", please add the At-Large Advisory
Committee as one of the entities which are concerned about WHOIS
policy, and expect to contribute to further consultations on the
topic.
