Dear Task Force
Below please find the Privacy Issues Report contributed by the Non-Commercial Constituency to the Council.
this is a separate contribution, in keeping with the bylaws which provide the process for such a contribution
outside of a Task Force process.
We will not spend time on comments on this contribution today, but will continue to focus on the work of the Task Force
as a group on the draft issues reports I posted yesterday, and which Steve posted. Kristy and Ram will update us if they are able to be on the call.

Dear Bruce:
As promised, attached is the report on Privacy prepared by the
Noncommercial constituency representative. The report calls for
the creation of a new Task Force to consider privacy issues,
noting that the WHOIS Task Force has failed to submit an
adequate privacy issues report by the March 11 deadline.
