[nc-budget] RE: NC Budget Call

While I wish that Erica would have raised her concern earlier (Jennifer
Dawson's note was sent on 11/16), Erica's problem seems entirely reasonable
to me and so we will aim to reschedule the call once again.

For anyone who does not get this message (or who wishes to participate in an
informal discussion) I will call in at the designated time and engage in an
informal discussion about the proposed 2002 DNSO Budget.
