[nc-budget] Brett, phone calls...calling cards!!!

Hi to all:

As we are supporting Brett's activities recording teleconferences, by 
paying him his long distance and internationall calls that he may make for 
this purpose, I suggest that
we can obtain calling cards very cheap.  I know of ones that you can buy 
them by Internet, for example and have rates of only cents to call from the 
USA to countries in Europe!!

Of course, if Brett enjoys of such lower rates in the phone of his 
home...then, excellent!!!
