There is nothing wrong with outsourcing DNS services.  New.net 
outsources to UDNS.  If the TLD is managed properly, DNS 
services are just part of that management.

That does not mean, however, that some of what you claim, 
William, is not the case.  I would just hesitate to make a blanket 
statement like that.  I also believe that the days of "please load 
these TLDs" has come to an end.  TLD managers are going to 
have to pay for DNS services, including possibly excessive 
bandwidth on the TLD servers.  That is as it should be.  If you want 
to be a TLD holder, you will have to be prepared to manage it.
