Could you pls. expand on this one?
Which requirements are met already, and which ones not yet?
Also, does this contract consider any change in the landscape, as it
happens now with New.net, or with the elimination of conflicting TLDs and
the resulting increased viability of those "harmonized" TLDs?
What would happen in the theoretical case that ICANN would unilaterally
cancel that agreement, e.g. based on a changed situation?
