RE: [ga-abuse] Kent Crispin is being continually obnoxious


Dear monitors,

My general attitude would be in a tie not to enforce sanctions, whoever is
the sanctioned member.
The rationale for this is that if we apply the reverse rule one list monitor
could force sanctions whatever the other list monitor's opinion would be,
and this is, IMHO, highly dangerous.
If a third person should break the tie, I would propose the Alternate Chair,
in order to leave to the Chair the privilege of the final say.
Moreover, I recommend to recruit more monitors: if I remember correctly, a
call for candidatures has been made by the Chair, and two people answered
positively.
