[ga-abuse] Fwd: RE: [ga] Domain names as observed (was Tucows Response to Cochet tiTransfer Letter)

Two days in a row, and after a warning this time.

6th post in his 24 hour calendar day.

The below message was sent at 22:08 his local time, and was received
by the list about an hour later. Still within the "Friday" calendar
day for him.

17:51 his time http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/ga/Arc08/msg00120.html
08:37 his time http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/ga/Arc08/msg00105.html
07:59 his time http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/ga/Arc08/msg00104.html
00:41 his time http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/ga/Arc08/msg00098.html
00:41 his time http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/ga/Arc08/msg00097.html

Then one pasted below at 22:08 his time.

Rules need to be applied uniformly, not just as tools to stifle those
who are controversial and happen to go over the limit occasionally.

If you will punish them, you should punish everyone the same.

He has received a warning, a suspension would be in order this time,
especially since he himself posted yesterday that he was aware of the
posting limits, and today on list acknowledged that he had been warned
of same.
