Comment: In my opinion, that mail is on the very edge of
being relevant. I agree to ignore the complaint since the
overall behaviour of ICANN-accredited registrars is
important for the DNSO (and hence the GA), but the list
of accredited registrars is long enough that discussion
of their bad mail practices would drown every meaningful
discussion...
