I STRONGLY DISAGREE.  WE HAVE WRITTEN WARNINGS TO EVERYONE ELSE EXCEPT 
WILLIAM WALSH WHO SEEMS TO HAVE THE RIGHT TO MASS POST.

Warning first, suspension later.

If you suspend Jim for this I will make public your decision to not suspend 
William Walsh in addition to the unfair treatment of Mr. Fleming.
