[ga-abuse] RE: [ga] King Philip's Proclamation to the Colony
Hi Thomas
I am quite surprised at your flame as I thought that's what you wanted to
avoid. It is really a case of the pot calling the kettle black!!
The GA is dysfunctional and I am trying to get it to work. The DNSO
Secretariat refuses any simple request and, as a result, we cannot even get
cross-posting rules implemented. As well, I have been subjected to abuse
and attack by William X. Walsh and others since day one.
His intention is, and always has been, to force our resignations. He was
just biding his time waiting for the opportunity to make that demand.
Until a day or so ago my onlist posts have been a model of courtesy. I also
spend a lot of time making things work. You know that from our private
correspondence. But when I take a stand for the GA, you join the attack.
It is my view that the sublists are the only way to get things sorted out.
You should understand the list dynamics -- people follow the previous
poster. Jefsey has undertaken to wreck the system. He's succeeding.

I had hoped you might help us. I forced a showdown with the NC just to
get us in a position where we could ask Elisabeth to do what any service
provider would do as a matter of course. You know that quite well.
If I am doing a poor job it is only because the task I am trying to do is
beyond anyone's capability. There is too much vested interest against
the GA working. Just try to think of the billions of $ involved. And then
examine our lack of resources and dependency on the Names Council.
In fact, it would be easy for me just to sit back, relax and enjoy the fun.
Long before I ever started the GA was not working. Blaming me, after
two or three months, is quite unjust. It failed long before I started.
Without our own funds, or support from the NC, we are doomed.
And the *hidden agenda* antagonists will have succeeded.
Best regards
Patrick Corliss
