Re: Fw: [ga-abuse] Complaint Against Eric Dierker
At first look, I have very much plenty to say and it may astound you but it is
all good. I sit here just finishing up a research project for Vietnam on what
is the best method for privacy protection in their culture and economy and then
I check and get this mail. You may think that it ruins my day, and you could be
right because I very much care about how our GA progresses and my thousands of
hours of work here is severely curtailed when Mr. Corliss gets me banned. But
you would be wrong if you thought I was anything but overjoyed at your
message. Your message came and asked for my input on your evaluation of
banning me and that is fantastic!!
That is the single most large leap of due process progress that has ever
occurred in ICANN.
Ladies and Gentlemen we have progressed to a point of no return, we are
approaching openness and transparency. We are teedering on a balance beam of
oblivion on one side and truly lifesaving openness on the other. Our first
choice would be to jump quickly into the good side and that would seem good.
But alas this is not our right. You and I and Mr. Corliss must correct our
balance and remain here to fight off that oblivion. I asked my CEO last night
if I could go back to a point before the WG-Review and work on some contracts
of some sort, and he shook his head and told me that "clearly this hell found
between deception and the etherworld is your destiny"
I live in a world where truth in speech is protected. Mr. Corliss lied to me
through omission. When he and Joop asked me to sign onto a dual ticket with he
and Danny he completely omitted the material fact of his inovlement in the
TLDA. This was done personally on a break in meetings in Melbourne. That is a
lie plain and simple. It was repeated here on this list and in the election
process and pointed out by none other than our chair who has not recanted that
position. THIS WAS NOT AN ATTACK ON A PERSON THIS WAS A RECITAL OF TRUE HISTORY
OF THE GA. It is important history lest it be repeated. It has to do with
capture which is a true and legitmate concern of everyone in ICANN.
Please look at this message;
http://forum.icann.org/cgi-bin/rpgmessage.cgi?newtldagmts;3AE782520000013A
Please check with Andrew on the ICANN staff and think about the monitoring
policy which allows you to censor my words.
Please notice that my complaints against him get some response in ten days
while his against me recieve notice in less than 12 hours. This is called
capture.
If you control the content of this list to this extent then you are liable for
it's content as a publisher and author and editor and you are hereby put on
notice as to libel and slander claims against you and I hereby demand an
immediate retraction of all defamatory remarks against me. ALL
Take my word for it, you do not want to walk down this road because each of you
editors are becoming liable for each remark on this list. Believe me the
company which sponsors me is an ISP and we host and we link and we run as far
as we can from controlling content because we cannot and will not get sued
because we edited what someone else published through our site.
With all this said if you would like me to publish a nice retraction of my
comment and keep all of this quiet I would be more than pleased to oblige. If
any on the abuse group are worried about this comment I promise to fix it so as
not to cause deviseveness of insult or injury.
Again, I am tickled pink at this new process of early warning and chance for
comment. "Due Process is the beginning of treating our fellow man with dignity
and therefor creating it in ourselves" (ed 2001)
Best to all who work so hard to ensure the GA survival
