M1 and M2 agree, and nobody has protested. You can send the messages.

In that case, we ask the rest of the gang.....

John Palmer has been a very occasional participant in debate, and fired his
shot in a flurry of similar adjectives. On the principle of "always warn
before you ban", I thought it appropriate to warn.
