About the fact of having different treatements for the same offence on
different lists, I don't see the problem. I agree that the monitoring would
become more complicated, but not that much.
But I concur that GA suspension should mean suspension from sub-lists (the
reverse not being true, though).

Off-topic: my understanding is that myself and Harald are participating in
order to provide continuity and some sort of advice, as we are aware of the
past history. I will drop in the discussion only if I have strong
disagreements on some position expressed, I will not comment on each case.
