The attack is very vague, but yes, it is an attack upon you.

I think this is an opinion that deserves to be heard; the reasons for 
holding this opinion may constitute a personal attack, which is not worthy 
of hearing.
Note that I have never suspendeded Jeff Williams for saying that the chair 
and the list moderator are "illegitimate", even though he says so in every 
single post.

Your previous complaint held more substance IMHO; I will get back to that.
