Though I am more than happy not to be elected and spend 3 months quietly , I here accept the kind nomination.

One reason is there seems to be less from the East here and overall in ICANN.

I have been involved with ICANN issues before IFWP process, and as an original member of MAC (Membership Advisory Committee), I feel a bit obliged not to give up and remain committed until we all see things more stabilized, with mutual trust and respect.

It's a pity that so many good folks gave up or retired, and I do understand and share their sentiments. But as Internet itself is still spreading, we still have work to do ahead.
