The list icann-nominations@dnso.org will be open for 3 weeks starting 17 July 2001 and closing on 07 August 2001 at 10:00 UTC, 12:00 Paris for nominations and at 13:00 UTC, 15:00 Paris for acceptances. Subsequently all e-mails sent to that list will return to the sender with a Delivery Report "User unknown".
