Dear All,

Please inform your constituencies that participants should make timely hotel
reservations for the ICANN Meetings in Montreal as there are several other
events at the same time.
In addition, it is useful to know that there are no cancellation fees for
reservations at the Sheraton Hotel where the meetings will be held.


Please be so kind as to check the times (and room size) below as this will
help save technical costs for the organizers.

- Time: 14:30 to 18:00
- Room setup: Theatre seating for up to 50
- Technical requirements: 1 LCD projector, 1 screen
- Catering: Water
- Additional costs: N/A, CIRA covers all costs

 INTERNET SERVICE AND CONNECTIVITY PROVIDERS CONSTITUENCY
- Time: 14:30 to 18:00
- Room setup: Theatre seating for up to 40
- Technical requirements: 1 LCD projector, 1 screen
- Catering: Water
- Additional costs: N/A, CIRA covers all costs
