This looks fine. Would it be possible to have the room set up in a "U"
configuration with a table for memebers to sit at?

where M= active paid constituency memeber and where G= guest

Ideally there would be a table that would provide members to sit at during
the meeting?

Is this possible, how much would it cost extra to arrange the room as such?

If we wanted a screen how much extra?

I may be able to bring our own LCD Projector
