report,and includes some minor wording improvements resulting from the
implementation committee report, to improve the clarity and hence ease of
implementation of the recommendations. These minor changes can be found in
CONSENSUS POLICY RECOMMENDATIONS.
In addition, the full Report of the Implementation Analysis Committee is now
incorporated in the Report, as instructed by the Council.
The Transfers Task Force recommends this final Board report for adoption by
the GNSO Council and forwarding to the ICANN Board.

This will be discussed at the GNSO Council teleconference on February
20,2003
