I like your idea and prefer a breakfast meeting on 14th 7:45 am-8:30 am.

I am trying to catch up after a long day of meetings

I do understand all the difficulties in running all the meetings at the same
time.  But it seems important though, that we meet, even briefly, before GA
and NC meetings. Let's schedule a brief working meeting on 13th November
6:00 pm -6:45 pm,  or a breakfast meeting on 14th 7:45am -8:30 am. We should
prepare the agenda in advance and only discuss a few urgent topics related
to up coming GA and NC.
We can leave a more in-depth discussion then  for 15th after 6:00 pm, as you
suggested.
