Dear Michael:

I plan to be there.  The Tokyo American Club (TAC) has a reciprocity 
relationship with the Yokohama Country Athletic Club (YCAC) which is about 
2 kilometers from the meeting hotel.  I could probably get a reasonable 
rate from YCAC.

Certainly I'll be there.
