I have finished tabulating the votes for the NC run-off election and I am
please to announce that Paul Kane has won the nomination with 12 Votes.
Francois received 6 votes and there was 1 person that abstained.


I am running late for the airport so I will forward a list of how everyone
voted as soon as I get a chance.

P.S. I apologize for anyone that was inconvenienced by the delayed
teleconference today, however, things have been a little hectic. In addition
to being out of the office most of this past week on business, there have
been two deaths in my extended family which has managed to complicate
things. Thanks for everyone's patience. I look forward to Cairo be one of
the registrars more productive meetings to date.  I will post the agenda
shortly.
