	WHAT??  5k...per year.  That's outrageous!  

	This is "supposedly" private enterprise not a government run program.
Why when we get a group together does everyone like to spend other peoples
money?  The Internet is a collection of the smartest people in the world
making this network function.  Let's see if we can use that same intelligence
in running a "reasonable" budget!

	I vote NO if the names council needs that kind of money...
