Jim,

Sorry for the long delay in answering, but health (lack of) has kept
me form my screen for most of this week).

As Nominalia representative (ie, as a registrar and a signatory of the
proposed registrar policy) as registrr representative in the Names
Council and as co-chair of WG-A you and Rita have my complete support
in that job.

We hope you will succeed in your taks, and, as you state, that you
will keep us updates, as well as that you will minimize the changes in
relation to both the proposed policy and the WIPO Final Report. We
must bear in mind that inidivdual positons, no matter how vigorously
they might be expressed can not overcome the incredible amount of work
and compromise achived thru the WIPO pocess, the WG-A workings and the
discussions among registrars during the last months.

Best regards,

Amadeu
