[registrars] Registrar Question

Problem One: Solve Tech Dog is also known as InfoRamp

Problem Two: Why did my first query to the nsiregistry whois at 7 AM return
the following result to my query:

Whois Server Version 1.0

   No match for "TECHNDOGS.COM".
   >>> Last update of whois database: Tue, 17 Aug 99 23:32:57 EDT <<<

   The Registry database contains ONLY .COM, .NET, .ORG, .EDU domains and
Registrars.

But my query at 9 AM returned the following result:

Whois Server Version 1.0

      Domain Name: TECHDOGS.COM
      Registrar: NETWORK SOLUTIONS, INC.
      Whois Server: rs.internic.net
      Referral URL: www.networksolutions.com
      Name Server: KATO.THERAMP.NET (205.212.88.2 )
      Name Server: ROBIN.THERAMP.NET (205.212.88.8 )
