The previous info was posted by RS @ vrx earlier today. Further followup
indicates that Root L is still under NSI control, but depending on the
freshness of the information, this could simply be a case of technical lag
(ie - does IS give Root L to ICANN or go for beers on a Friday
afternoon...<g>)
