We note that you did not address the recommendations to ICANN. We are holding a separate discussion with ICANN staff regarding those recommendations.

Attached is the final WHOIS implementation report, which I will forward to the GNSO Council.

It would assist greatly if the WHOIS task force could consider the report and consider how best to incorporate the report into the final WHOIS Board report to be voted on at the GNSO Council meeting in February 2003.  It is important to finalise and clearly identify the proposed recommendations for the GNSO Council.
