[nc-whois] privacy

Just a short note on Laurence's comments in the NC session on
privacy: From the data we have, we can't conclude what people think
about privacy.  Marketing is the only thing we can say something
about with certainty.  

This certainly doesn't mean that privacy is a non-issue, or that
people have told us that there is no privacy concern.  We just don't
have sufficient input on this.
