[nc-whois] q 12, 13 & ccTLD registrations

The attached Excel workbook contains the analysis on ccTLD  
respondents with respect to uniformity & centralization.  What I  
have done was to tabulate the results from question 12, 13, and  
split them up by whether or not the respondent has said to have  
registered cctld domain names.  The result is that there seem to 
have been no hidden surprises.

Note that the workbook contains several sheets which look at  
different kinds of analysis.
