[nc-whois] WHOIS web forum

Dear Miriam,

While I take issue with the tone of Russ Smith's comments to you on the GA 
list, I do share his concerns.

Although VeriSign has generously agreed to establish a web-based forum for 
discussion of the Universal WHOIS project, we all recall the sudden 
termination (without notice) of the Verisign domain policy forum.  

Perhaps you would agree to having this forum hosted by either ICANN or the 
DNSO?
