On the pending list is NAF 113258 <hongdou.com>.

Interestingly, hongdou.com was the subject of
http://www.disputes.org/eresolution/decisions/0300.htm
which decision issued back in September 2000.

Hmmm.... but whois shows hongdou.com as having been registered in March 2002.

Yes, you guessed correctly.  The Hongdou folks have figured out how to file
UDRP cases, but they have not yet figured out how to pay renewal fees for
their domain name.

While there are in fact quite a few UDRP-transferred names which have expired
for non-payment of renewal fees, this is the first one to go back to the
UDRP.   That's got to be an expensive way to maintain a domain name.
