[nc-udrp] Copyright in UDRP Decisions?

I think someone had mentioned this previously, but I no longer have the
email, and relates to a procedural nit not addressed in the survey.

Does anyone know whether any of the DRP's claim a copyright in the decisions
they are required to publish under the UDRP?

If the answer is "yes", then does that provider(s) obtain a written
assignment of copyright from the panelists?
