[nc-budget] teleconferencing in Ghana

Dear Committee members,

The Names Council meeting in Ghana on Tuesday 12 March at 15:00 UTC, 10:00
EST. will give the participants who cannot attend physically, the
opportunity to use teleconferencing facilities supplied by Wcom.

The Wcom conferencing center will phone Philip Sheppard, the Chair, in Ghana
and remote participants will have a US toll number to dial into. Particpants
around the table will all be able to be heard through the speaker phone
placed on the table. A recent test was successfully carried out.

The cost will be:
For the Dial out to Ghana - $2.862 per minute
For the Participants calling in - $0.25 per/person per/minute.
