I would replace "DNSO/NC" for "ICANN/DNSO (including
NC-Constituencies-GA)"  
I would replace "long-term" for "a perpetuity".

Agree.

Totally agree.  I would add that such acknowledgement be done to AFNIC
and Elisabeth at the same time since many of the initial services was
done by them.
