[nc-budget] Contributions to DNSO

Roger,

The ccTLD Constituency Secretariat has been collecting some
funds for the DNSO contribution - these funds will be transfered
shortly.

To facilitate such transfers the DNSO Secretariat has been
preparing a dedicated page with ICANN/DNSO Bank information
which is posted at:
      http://www.dnso.org/secretariat/2001.ICANN-DNSO-Bank.html
(access from the main page, under "Names Council Administration
Documents", then "Names Council Finances".
