Greetings:

According to the resolutions we (budget committee)made, (and the NC)
passed, the "final sanction" comes at 180 days from the time of the
first official invoice issuance.

Actually, since no notices were sent out until after we passed that
resolution, there is still about 150 days, or 5 months left.
